I was looking into somehow to mount a keyboard on a arm mount on my desk for one of my servers that doesnt require much typing. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
 
I know it doesn't answer your question, but would a KVM switch (either hardware or virtual) be a better option?

I have used Synergy with good results.
 
I've been using Input Director, and it's been pretty sweet having it. Both PCs have their own monitor, but both are also hooked up to my main display. So I can just switch the input and not have to turn 90 degrees to the left to use the other monitor.
