keyboard and mouse freezing

it seems like every once in a while my keyboard and mouse will just completely freeze during a game of counter-strike. it's also happened in HL2....

tonight it did it three times in about 15 minutes and i have to reboot and once i do they're fine...for a while anyways

i have a logitech keyboard on PS/2 and a ms intellimouse explorer 3.0 running on ps/2......

any ideas on what i can do to remedy this ???
