This issue started happening when I recently installed a 3tb hard drive into my rig. I removed the 3tb and ran with only the issue and the issue still happened. Replaced the SSD with an old 1tb drive with a fresh windows installed as well as the 3tb drive as my storage drive and the issue no longer happened. Before I set up an RMA with Intel, I just wanted to see if there was any other things that could be the problem. I'm at work now, so I can't retrieve any reports or logs, so this is all the information I can think of atm.

Inte i5 2500k
Asus P8P67Pro
8gb ram
amd 7970

When you get home, please post a copy of the crash dump so we can offer some more insight into the problem.

I'm afraid I do not have those crash dumps, as I have reformatted several times and with the 1tb has a fresh install. Sorry.

Well, if the problem has resolved you don't need to worry. With reinstalls/hardware changes at this point it would be all but impossible without the original dumps to trace the problem. I hope it stays resolved :)

Well the issue is resolved since the SSD is not installed ;P

But it does seem to be an issue with the hardware, luckily it is under warranty.
