Kernel panic: CPU context corrupt

Any help would be greatly appreciated. It is crucial that I fix this problem and I dont know what to fix...

Quick Google search shows it to most likely be a memory related issue. Run Memtest on your memory, see if you got issues there.

Given that limited but informative info, I'd sure start off with Memtest86. The good thing about Memtest86 is that it's OS agnostic; you boot and run it from a floppy so no installed OS is required.
