When I connect my bluetooth headset to my Windows XP computer, it likes to change my default playback device to Bluetooth Audio. Is there anyway to lock the default playback device to Audigy 2 and not allow the bluetooth to change it?

Thanks

You would prolly need to change the .ini for the device driver, if that is the culprit

Well they're using diffferent drivers. it's just win XP likes to change my default playback device to Bluetooth audio when it connects. Quite annoying.

Any other ideas on how to remove a playback device (while keeping it as a recording device) and keeping it off?
