Keep getting winsock error?

Hey everyone, I keep getting a winsock error on my pc. I have DSL but I also have the latest version of HiJack This, Spybot S&D, ZoneAlarm firewall, and AVG Virus Scanner all with the latest updates.

Even if I run all of these, I keep getting "page cannot be displayed" in all 3 of my browsers: IE, Firefox, and Opera when I try to open them. Also, I get a socket error when I try to open up Outlook Express.

I thought I would be protected pretty well by all of the above security measures, but once I get the error, I have to apply a Winsock fix, reboot my modem, and my PC to get all of my internet related stuff to open and work properly.

Any ideas on how I can permanently fix this? :confused: Thanks, Prozac :)
