I've got my system up and running, and everything seems to be working fine. However, everytime I restart my computer, i get the "Found New Hardware" popup and windows trys to install some drivers. If I just let it search for drivers on its own, it doesn't find anything... so I go into device manager and find some Unkown Device listed. If I open the properties for it, the only information it gives me is that it's

Location: on Intel(R) 82801GH (ICH7DH) LPC Interface

So I try looking this up on Intel's website and for the life of my can't find what this unkown device is. Plus, if I look under my ATA/ATAPI controllers setup, it has a couple different ATA controllers installed fine (and all my hard drives seem to be functioning fine). I've tried installing pretty much any driver that made sense, but still seeing the issue. Any ideas? What am I missing?

BTW - It's 2 SATA hard drives NOT in RAID configuration and with the Intel 975XBX motherboard.

Thx

Here is what I was able to come up with.

The missing driver is the "Intel Quick Resume Technology Driver" which is used in digital entertainment systems and requires Windows XP MCE in order to function. Your board supports Intel's Viiv technology and by default has this device enabled in the bios. Go to the Power Menu in your bios and disable this setting and your problems should be solved.

I think.

Hope it helps.
