Keep getting this BSOD....I REALLY need some help...PLEASE!!

Ok, I am getting cranky...

I keep getting the following BSOD when I shut down my computer and get it occasionally when I restart:

0x000000D1 (0x00000000, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0xE20B9CB5)

I have recently flashed the BIOS to the most recent 1008_D version.

I have replaced my RAM thinking that may have been it.

Not sure what else to do or try. Would reformatting fix it as perhaps the old RAM was bad but maybe stuff got corrupted in the process and stuff is still corrupted even with the new RAM...thinking reformatting would get rid of anything the old RAM screwed up?

Otherwise I am at a loss here and really need to get this fixed

Oh, I forgot to add...

That when I get the BSOD and have to do a hard shutdown and power on my system. I get a no keyboard present error. I am running the Logitech MX700 on one of my USB ports. So I power down the system and hook up a connector to one of the DIN ports for the keyboard and mouse so the computer will post and start up. Once into Windows I unplug and plug it back into the USB port and voila it works just fine again....until I shut the system down or restart it...then same thing as I just described in the above post

Looks like a driver error somewhere.

First off, you should take out everything in your machine other than the video card, 1 stick of ram, processor, 1 harddrive, 1 cdrom etc. Try and deduce what the problem is that way.

Second, possibly if you give some system specs other people here might know the problem.

I cannot boot if I have a RCA lyra hooked up to my USB port, have you tried using the usb->ps2 adapter u get with usb mice?

And yes...in my post I stated I have used the ps2 connector to get machine started up but once windows is up and running I can plug it right back into the USB port...I thought the problem was RAM related....I went and got brand new RAM...

Just wondering if anything could have possibly have gotten corrupted from the old RAM and if a reformat is in order? or is there a fix I am overlooking

Is your keyboard also USB?
Go into your BIOS and enable usb keyboard support. I'm pretty sure that's the reason by the nature of that error.

My BIOS is configured correctly as well as the USB controllers are enabled.

How do I read a minidump file? I can find the file but don't know how to open it to find out which driver may potentially be the problem??

Otherwise, how are some other ways of going about this?
