just upgraded from SAS to SSD need some setting recommendation

setup is

raid-0 4x intel x25-m (firmware 8820)
raid card adpatec 5805 (firmware 5.2.0 Build 16501)
window 7 x64 build 7100 (all up to date)

what setting should i used to optimize the performance

now i'm using 1024k stripe raid-0 with both read/write cache enable

the benchmark is really disappointed me compare to my old SAS drive

any help would be really appreciated

on 4k, i saw manys raid0 2x 25-m the 4k write is a lot faster?

Judging by what crystalmark gives on my arrays, I would recommend using hdtach, or hdtune for readings, and post back.

Well what controller are you using?
Also their numbers might have been due to controller caching.

here i what i was talking about link to benchmark, that is 1 x25-m and the 4k write is at 50MB/s
