I would have loved to buy the setup from petra's tech shop, but they are out of stock on all their customer kits. This setup is close enough anyways in my opinion from research.

I keep reading that the order of the loop is irrelevant, but
to put the reservoir before the pump. I have not seen anybody
do this order though, is it alright

I've always heard that loop order usually isn't a big deal. If your using less tubing as opposed to the other suggested configurations stick with what you have.

And just as a note I have my rad before the water blocks.

The order of the loop isn't really all that important. Keep your tubing short, as untwisted as possible and make sure your reservoir feeds coolant into the inlet of your pump so you don't risk caviatation and damaging the pump.

Nope, here is the correct loop:
Res>>>Pump>>>Rad>>>CPU>>>GPU>>>Res

It doesn't matter whatsoever when the loop is in use. Pressure equalizes instantly.

During filling though, having water sucked from the res helps to bleed the loop though.
