it seems as though i will be folding with my fiances dell too., p4 1.6ghz. i had her check out the fah homepage, and it looks to be a go. do i just d/l it on there? and then use my info?

oh, and i changed my core priority, and i am currently @ 5/400(1 percent)

anyone care to explain what those numbers are representing, i assume the percentage point is total work unit? but what is X/400?
 
Yup, just use your username and team 33... that is, unless, your girlfriend wants her own username ;)

The ___/400 is the number of frames completed... WUs have differing numbers of frames... some have 400... some 100... some 25000... depends on the core, type of protien,etc...

OK, so I figured it was about time. I swung my office from another team to the [H].

Is there any advantage to upgrading to a newer client? Some of my boxes are still running a 3.xx version?

I don't know if the 3.xx version supported running FAH as a service. Also, if you have enough memory on your systems, setting it to receive big packets will increase your Points per Day.

I have six stealth borg'd machines from two years ago (old job). I can't get to them to upgrade, but they are still producing for me. If only stanford would set it up so the client would upgrade itself, then I would feel better.

sooner, my fiances 1.6ghz is folding under my name, but i just needed to know where to go once the first wu is done, thanks for the help, i now know.
