My system is in my sig.

I am about to get to a 30" monitor as my girlfriend needs something bigger for her photography, meaning I get to upgrade..:p

I am sure my GTX 260 will be fine pushing it and the 22" that I currently have.

Will my E6600 be fine?

She used to use a Macbook but had to sell it for tuition. This should be a quite a bit faster. She uses CS3 pretty much always. Also, obviously, I will need to get 4 more gigs of ram, but will I see any slip ups will Vista. Personally, never had a problem, but I have heard from a few friends at school that they had to go back to XP because of the inconsistency...

Yes, I have not used Photoshop since High School. If these are basic questions, forgive me.

You should be fine with that...Only problem i could see would be a conflict with more than 4gig of ram on your motherboard!! Some boards have this problem and some dont!! you will just have to try and see!!
