when i ordered there were 7 in stock according to the rep. So you might wanna jump on one as well.

Anyway, this is replacing the 17" dell trinitron CRT ive been using for 6 months since giving my mom my 19" acer lcd to motivate me to get a new screen. It finally happened. :) what do you all think? anyone have this screen?

Today I ordered a 22" myself to rid myself of my 17" 4:3. Guess we're stepping out of the dark ages ;)
 
I think you made a pretty good choice, MVA panel, good response time, big.
I think you'll be happy with this screen.
This is my LCD upgrade path over the last 2 years 15" HP -> 20" Dell -> 22" HP (downgrade from dell) -> HP 30" + HP 22". So I pretty much flew out of the dark ages :D
 
I have this lcd. I love it. Beautiful screen in aesthetics as well as pixels. Theres a little color shift, but only noticeable with gray colors the most, though it isnt bad at all.
 
What is overstocks return policy? Im now looking to replace my samsung 2433bw since i can't find i way to use my cable box with it without streching and not spend a lot. I bought mine at samsclub, so i can easily just return it.

I just found the return policy, seems kind of iffy, how good is westinghouse's? It just says it will replace defective products within 1 year. Does this include refurbs like on overstock?
 
i asked and they said its returnable. i asked if it had dead pixels, if id have to pay to ship it back, they said no.

Also, can it accept 1080i hdmi input and map it 1:1? This is very important to me.

edit: The guy on the phone said that if it is defective in any way that I can get it replaced.
 
I just bought mine with a 6th foot hdmi cable, and my mom got the overstock membership, totaling 284. I really appreciate you posting this deal, my black friday wasnt so great until i saw this.

I've had one of them for about a year now, I think. Pretty nice. Input lag is a bit higher than my other monitor (L246WP), but nothing too bad. Only issue I have is that on the HDMI input, if your computer tells the monitor to go to sleep, it does a blue screen instead of the normal black screen. Fix is to either set blank screen saver after however long and never have the monitor go to sleep, turn it off when you aren't using it, or use VGA. Other than that, though, pretty good monitor and a nice price. Mine was $330 at Sam's club when I bought it.
