decent, but if you can get a dell coupon for 750$ off or 35% that would be a much better deal
 
yeah...but I cant stand the look of DELL laptops.....I love the Thinkpads...and the Tecras are close..I guess ;)

I might be wrong but I think the only dell that is maybe equivalent (sonoma 14") would be the Lattitude D610. Unfortunately the Lattitudes don't seem to get he same discounts as the less expensive inspiron series......

If you like the thinkpads it seems you could have got a T43 for about the same price ... if you are elligible for any discounts. Not sure how the Go6600 compares to the wussy X300 in the T43's though.....
 
yeah...but u see....T43 has no firewire...no cardbus slot....and the X300 is very weak...even for the occasional gamer...... :rolleyes: sigh....i still wish i could have got a T43.... ;)
