Im Upgrading 2 a new pc soon:

I5 3570k
Asus P8Z77-V LGA
G.SKILL Ripjaws Z Series 16GB (4 x 4GB)
ATI HD 5850 Video Card.
Antec 900 case.
1 x Intel x-25 160gig SSD
2 x 1TB WD HDDS
SB sound card
Windows 7 Ultimate x64

For the video card i was going to buy a 7950 (upgrading from a 5850).

The question i have is that i have a Corsair 550W power supply is that going to be enough to run the 7950 and other stuff?

Thanks for the help

To a degree yes, but not by too much.

OP, I suggest a Corsair AX650 for that rig. I also suggest a 520 series SSD rather than your choice. The price on them is falling very quickly.

the ssd is just cannibalized from my old pc. but thanks for the advice :D i appreciate it

Depends on which Corsair PSU you have. So which Corsair PSU do you have?
