This thing kicks ass. I just got it all together and my idle temps went from 40-42 to 28-33 and load temps from 60ish to 40-43 with coretemp. My case fans are on medium and the cpu fan (scythe s-flex 60cfm) is on high. Here is some screenies from my phone.

lets see if anyone can figure out what the last one means ;)
 
I am now shooting for 3.4ghz at vcore 1.3125 with about 50 degrees on each core after 10 mins
 
Thermalright Ultra 120 Ex? What kind of temps does this have on the 45 nm chips? I just have a rosewill z775, idles @ 32 and load @46, wonder if I should upgrade?
 
I imagine it would treat 45nms as well as it has treated my 65nm, mine is a lapped one from crazypc though so you would have to take that into account to. My quad seems stable at 3.4 now and frankly im very satisfied with that, and i think ill leave it be.

That last pic was the result of a slow day at work and my quick thinking. :) . The car is mine as im also a car guy. It runs a 14.8-14.9 1/4 mile. Thanks guys for all the support on this forum. I had to settle for 1.325 volts at 3.4, It lasted for 5 minutes with occt at 3.6 and same vcore.
