Just got my second antec door replacement

i posted a link about the door bending issue in a different thread. I tried the the flexing fix but the issue keeps comming back. Could you tell me how long it took for Antec to ship you a new door. What was the cust. service exp like and what exactly do you mean when you say no plastic?

I had to get a replacement door as well, and the customer service was great. I used their website to request a new door, and they sent me a reply emailing asking for a copy of my invoice. After that, i had a new door a maybe 4 doors later. No problems and no hassles. They know that the original doors have problems and are willing to replace them.
 
man i gotta freaking follow up. I sent emails back and forth, my new door has been approved before i left for vacation. 3 weeks later still no damn door.

same it was like 2 months before a tracking number was randomly sent to my email

I think that they are manufacturing the new doors

i better get an all metal door. funny thing is one of clan mates starts work at antec, you should have hear me bitch and moan all over VOIP.
