Hell yes. JC2 was everything a bionic commando game should have been wrapped in a perfectly mocking storyline.

Never used a controller on a PC before? Works great for platforming games, fighting ganes, etc. I dont think I would use it for JC 3 though due to all the aiming required.
 
Just Cause 2 was best played switching to the controller for some tasks (particularly flying and driving) and going back to KB/M for running around and shooting. I expect no different from JC3. Some things are just best done with analog sticks, some things are best done with KB/M, and Just Cause games do all of those things.
 
If it is a FPS I use KB/M all day no problems. For me I play most 3rd person games with a controller. It just feels right.
 
One of the few games I am actually excited about. I still play JC2 from time to time just for some mindless mayhem fun.
