I just built my new machine. Turned it on and it gets some power than shuts off, but trys to start up again.

The fans will try to spin, the video card light comes on but only for 1 second than no power,1 second back on, 1 second no power. It sounds like a heart beating.

I don't know whats going on? Anyone help me?

Check to insure the front panel connectors are properly plugged in their +/- . All 4

Sounds like the short circuit protection on the PSU did a little dance, and has now gone home.

If you know how, disconnect everything from the PSU and test it on its own. If that still works, makes sure you properly connect everything and re-try it.

If the PSU is no longer working, you'll need a new one (obviously).

It could be that one of the mobo supports shorted directly to the chassis of the case in some way? Considering it's a new build... Or the mobo could be satan-spawn?

Good luck.
