OK, dial up is Kickin My Ass, I live in the counrty(BFE) and sick of dial up, want some kind of broad band and only thing offered is satalite DSL, is there any way to "get" is for free or am i stuck paying the 600 bucks for equipment and service. Just curious...thanks

ps, what kind of hardware would i need?
 
you'll need a network card, a telephone filter, dsl modem. Normally the ISP provides these items.
