Anybody know much about the Juniper devices? I'd like to pm you a few discussion topics.

Thanks...

PM me, i work for the military developing/implementing policys and configs for netscreens and have used numerous series of the netscreen series.

I have a Juniper Netscreen 5gt. I've used Cisco PIX, ASA, IOS Routers and just this Netscreen.

From my experience Juniper is just about the least intuitive device you could possibly use. Solid OS but a complete pain to configure.

Netscreen-25

Dude PM me, ive pretty much configured every aspect of the NS25. Better yet, if you got AIM hit me up. Maggot3x666
Plus if I can't answer your question right away, I have a dozen or so that I can run any test with plus TONS of documentation provided by Juniper thats unavailable to the general public

in some ways this is great! reason i say that is because i've spent the last 18 months administering netscreens right from the baby 5gt-adsl, the 25, the 50 advanced and now a ha cluster consisting of a pair of isg2000's. i think they are fantastic, and a doddle to configure. bodes well for my career if the other vendors are easier! i'm doing my ccna at the minute and ios does seem very easy to get to grips with! :D how are the checkpoint products for comparison?
