World's first dual channel serial GPU? 2 bit GPU running at 100 GHz?-freon- said:Forget Nvidia and ATI.. Neither of their next projects can even come close to what the bitboys will make.
He said it was Nvidia's next project, not their next product. This could be some internal testing done by Nvidia. Who knows, he could be the next writer for the INQ.TheTrebleKing said:call this a rumour, call this bullshit, call it whatever you like, but i managed to get a little info on Nvidia's next project
i wont reveal my sources as i dont want to get anyone fired, and the following info you wont be able to find anywhere on the net.
Nvidia xForce NVX-70 Graphics Core 60nm (The G70 that we're hearing about is based on this chip and is a high-end workstation core)
512MB "XDR" Graphics Memory @ 1.8Ghz
my source wont tell me the core speed, but says its a huge leap in technology, and have opted for features more than Mhz speed. Taking a leaf out of AMD's book perhaps?
theres no further details on this, so i cant say if it will be called 7800 series or not, if i can squeeze more info it will be heard here first![]()
Last but best, there is no such thing as 60nm process......... It's 65nm.Nvidia xForce NVX-70 Graphics Core 60nm

nVidia will most likely release another refresh of the NV40 cores for this year and that will be that for 2005.

FALSE due to lack of ability to actually tell a correct lie.

So i ask again, what do i care? Baring the fact that i still believe this to be total bs, why would this matter to me at all? That would be like me saying that ATI's upcoming project to be in 45nm and in excess of a gig in speed. Yay..oh btw, ETA 5 years. If he wasnt posting this as Nvidias next card specs perhaps he should of made it clear. If he is infact saying its not, then goodbye. Might as well of got specs from a deck of tarrot cards.

dude, that was a jokejmgak47 said:That is alot of B/S! Just like the Nvidia xForce NVX-70 and the R520 !
He did make it clear don't blame him for your inability to read!Shifra said:Then honostly, what do i care?
