I will NOT ship internationally.
I ship USPS priority with DC and tracking unless otherwise specified. I also insure anything over $50.
If for some reason a refund is necessary, I will pay return shipping ONLY (insurance and tracking are up to you) and I will NOT refund the monies until the item is back in my hands. This means it will behoove us both to have some sort of tracking on the return package.
