I haven't seen this posted so I thought I would. I use this program to emulate key fuctions with my PS2 controller. it supports multiple joypads via USB or serial, you can also have multiple profiles for each joypad. Like one for MAME one for SNES emu and one to control windows.

So what I did was to make shortcuts to programs I use on my HTPC to the desktop like (CRTL + SHIFT + D) then I bound those keys to the start button on my PS2 controller and it starts PowerDVD. Its pretty cool ^^b and its free.

I also setup the left analog stick to control my mouse cursor.
