I hate these stoopid personality tests every other employer makes you take when you submit a job application nowadays... I failed all seven of the ones I took so far! :mad: The employers who don't give personality tests aren't hiring... I can't even find work as a janitor until December. :mad: If only I could get an interview.. I'm sure they'll take me in then. :mad:

So what do they look for on the tests? Obviously not honesty... I also always make sure I'm consistent when answering questions that are rephrased versions of previously asked questions. I'm thinking questions like "If a member of your family stole an item worth $1 from his employer, would you report him?" to which I always answer no. But if I answer yes, I would look like someone who lacks loyalty and would turn in the company if they ever did anything bad...

How does one fail at a personality tests (your being evaluated not graded)?
I feel your pain, need to find work too but with my experience most are wary of hiring a kid that was a System Admin for a school district when he was 17. :(

Hell the whole thing is a pain in the ass, I still live with my family but I was going to move out after being at the job for a year but some new guy was hired and he decided to merge my department with another and a bunch of people got fired. So I still live with my family and my Mom is always on my back about finding work...even though hardly anyone is hiring. :mad:
