I hate these stoopid personality tests every other employer makes you take when you submit a job application nowadays... I failed all seven of the ones I took so far!
The employers who don't give personality tests aren't hiring... I can't even find work as a janitor until December.
If only I could get an interview.. I'm sure they'll take me in then.
So what do they look for on the tests? Obviously not honesty... I also always make sure I'm consistent when answering questions that are rephrased versions of previously asked questions. I'm thinking questions like "If a member of your family stole an item worth $1 from his employer, would you report him?" to which I always answer no. But if I answer yes, I would look like someone who lacks loyalty and would turn in the company if they ever did anything bad...
I need a job!
