Recently accidentally deleted the partition on a Jetflash 2A 256 MB thumb drive... This occured during a Windows XP clean install. I inadvertently plugged the drive in and forgot about it, and wasn't thinking when I was deleting/modifying partitions. (It was a really long night wrestling with this new rig, which thankfully is working like a charm now.)
I've tried to use the software on the Transcend Jetflash website to reformat the flash drive, but the software can't find a USB drive mounted to the system. Windows recognizes that the Jetflash is there upon plug in, but when I try and access the drive, it says "please insert disk" in removable drive.
Anyone have any experience with this, or any suggestions?
Thanks.
