It looks good to me, I havent heard anything bad (or anything at all for that matter) about jaton. Also, If thats the heatsink it realy comes with than slap some ramsinks on that mother, and then oc it like crazy.
 
I wouldn't see a reason not to go with it, except being unfamiliar with the manufacturer.
