Hi, I am interested in buying a ZMAX, but I had a few questions about it(mostly video card). Is there any 500 watt power supplys for this thing? I would like to run my 6800 Ultra in it along with 2 74 gig rapters but the 300 watt PS it comes with aint going to cut it. Also, will a 6800 ultra fit in there? Lastly, anyone know who is selling it cheap? Newegg wants 700 bucks for one  (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16856101809)

Thanks for any help/info.

I like the look of that case the usb ports spaced like that makes it look good. Hopefully we'll see more good stuff out of iwill.

You might as well get the ZMAXd2 which features the nForce4 SLI chipset. It adds SATA II support (4 ports), 2x PCI Express x16 SLI support (obviously), and dual core compatibility out of the box. In other words, four Opteron cores and a lot of other great stuff. It features a 400 watt power supply

Ooh you rich bastard!

Better yet do: Aspire X-Qpack, Jetway Radeon Xpress, A64 4800+ & overclock the snot out of it. With overclocking, I bet you could net better performance, unless you get 2*dual core Opteron chips, which trump everything in the mainstream.

I didnt even know that was out there. Any idea how much it costs? Just looking for solution for the two 246 I got from the tech tour. Any this seems like the best bet because it would be nice to carry around and a good Op board goes for atleast 250( but I am not running a server so I dont really need all the extras the board comes with) and then I would need a new case and the powersupply I have now is really crapping out on me. So like I said, this would be the best and easiest solution for me.

I'll bet it can roast marsh-mellows on the heatsink exhaust.

Hmm. I saw the dual opteron Iwill also, through google, and its got my attention. Dual dual dual! 2 dual core opterons, dual video card, dual ram, Sata-2, and all in one little toaster box.

Damn, there HAS to be a catch somewhere. Either 60C idle temps, or a $1400.00 price tag for a barebones box...

Look in the picture there, those poor videocards cant even breathe. Its like a sardine can. Id love to encode video on that box. Hell, I could encode video on one CPU, then blow up bunkers from a helicopter in battlefield 2.
