iTunes backup partial fail?

So the wife is finally done with the changes that have plagued her since we upgraded to Lion and reverted back to Snow Leopard.

So starting the restore of files and such from her backup drive I have found one issue. Her files in iTunes all seemed to work fine except for the TV Shows. Music is all fine, Movies are all fine but for some reason the TV Shows will not transfer or when they do the system "Cannot Locate the Original File".

I have tried multiple times to get the shows to work and what not but for some reason many of them will not transfer. Unfortunately, with iTunes you have to complete repurchase the shows.

Does anyone know if there is a way to redownload the shows without having to purchase them again? She tried calling iTunes but said the tech was of no help to her.

use the email function and just say you restored from a backup and that your tv shows will no longer play.

Took it into the GeniusBar this weekend and finally got it fixed. Seems there were some permission issues and account issues from the changes between Snow Leopard and Lion that were causing the problems. Required a new user account and the information to be moved from the old account to the new.
