Sometimes, I start windows up normally, login in, all good. And yet the taskbar does not load. It stays black, one big black block over the start button and quick icons, and a big block over where the minize things go and the task icons. I try to shutdown explorer.exe and restart it, but no luck. I have no choice but to hard reset.

Then, I just start windows, and a blue screen appears before windows finishes loading. I get a BSOD from the fwdrv.sys driver. Also, if I click the start button, open a folder, or anything too soon before windows finishes loading, I also get the BSOD.

anybody know what the problem could be?

notice the black bar on the bottom- the windows bar never loads. and exe's dont start if i click on them.

You seem to have a lot of BS apps running in your first screenshot that pretty much hack your GUI. I would remove the apps that alter the GUI and stop all over clocking. You might be tter off with a fresh start.
