I'm aiming to have an Intel build this time. Long story short, I'm still running a dual core Athlon build with DDR2 ram. Yes I know....Let's not dwell on what games I can still run lol.

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
Gaming, watching movies, web browsing.

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
USC $850 ish? Willing to go up to $900ish if needed.

3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible.
New York City. I can order through MicroCenter or go to their store, Newegg or Amazon Prime

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc.
MOBO, CPU, Heat sink, RAM, Possibly a new PSU (I believe it overheated once) and a Case

5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing?
EVGA GTX560 and a Western Digital Black Drive 1TB

6) Will you be overclocking?
Yes but minimal

7) What is the max resolution of your monitor? What size is it?
I'm using a DELL E2009W

8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
This month. Was looking at Black Friday deals but then I realize I haven't kept up with computer components for years.

(9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video (as a backup or main GPU)? UEFI? etc.
Just fast speeds...?

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?
I have a Windows 7 "Upgrade" Disc that I can use to install. I believe it's 64Bit

As for the case, I'm looking for one that can give me good cable management. I'm coming from an Antec 300 where all my wires i located in the hard drive area if you know what I mean. I don't care for LED lighting in the case at all. I'm debating between http://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Obsidian-Airflow-Tower-CC-9011078-WW/dp/B00YJJBFIO/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1447972591&sr=8-2&keywords=750D+case or http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811139013

Thanks in advance!

You didn't list which PSU you might reuse.

I wouldn't choose either of those cases personally. Take a look at the Fractal Define Design R5 case. By far the best case I've owned for the money. It's too bad I'm using it for a NAS.
