ITouch is giving me an incompatibility error...

I get this error every time i try to install it on this computer. It happened before i formatted, does anyone know the cause of it?

Also, does anyone know of a free alternative program that would let me assign my buttons?

Yes, i have the xp version. Just for the heck of it, i tried the one you linked to, and got the same error.
