OCZ Agility 3 240gb $SOLD shipped: Just received this back from RMA package is still sealed. Says Refurbished on sticker.
4870x2 $SOLDshipped card runs absolutely fine in windows, internet, youtube... However once a game is loaded it typically crashes with a message display driver stopped responding and was recovered or just a crash with restart. SO, with that being said it is sold AS IS!
