Huh, this should be interesting to watch as it takes 6 years before they decide that it can go to court and another 10 years before the case is decided. So when does the EU version come out and totally rape all of these companies listed and overly fine them?

Why do you say that? It only took them a month to open up the investigation.

In fact, it says on the page on the ITC website that is linked:

The ITC will make a final determination in the investigation at the earliest practicable time. Within 45 days after institution of the investigation, the ITC will set a target date for completing the investigation. ITC remedial orders in section 337 cases are effective when issued and become final 60 days after issuance unless disapproved for policy reasons by the U.S. Trade Representative within that 60-day period.

So when does the EU version come out and totally rape all of these companies listed and overly fine them?

Well, there was no patent in the EU so they can keep shipping products there.
