If you don't mind me asking, how long did you study for CISSP? How many years do you currently have working in IT in general? Sorry for being so personal but CISSP is something I'd like to hold in the future.

If you don't mind me asking, how long did you study for CISSP? How many years do you currently have working in IT in general? Sorry for being so personal but CISSP is something I'd like to hold in the future.

For people who want to take the Network+, as of January the test has been updated. It is now 100 questions and requires a score of 720 to pass. Material to study for that exam hasn't been produced yet (with the exception of the Comptia book), third party books should start coming out around March-April.
The older exam is still available to take until July so if you are currently studying you should take it before then.

I've been in IT for about 8 years now. It took me about 3 months of studying. I read about 3 of the books on it.
