What steps should I take to correct these 16 errors?

Additional info:

This machine was a clean install of Win7 Professional (installed ~3 months ago). Running MS Security Essentials - no infections reported.

Thanks in advance for your help.

A lot of repeat files in that list. Unsure whats up with that. I've replaced the files with the versions on my Win7 DVD, but the scan still shows these files as problems.

do a chkdsk /f on the system drive from winpe (can do a shift+f10 while booting to the window 7 setup disk). After that is done try the sfc /scannow again.

xenios,

I am not familiar with how to get to the preinstallation environment. I tried shift + F10 when the windows 7 setup disk was booting at startup but could not get there.

I followed a guide online that cleared the CBS MUM and Catalog corruptions, now I am left with the CSI manifest errors:

I have checked my WIn7 DVD for these .manifest files, and I do not find exact copies. For example, the CheckSUR log referrs to
Code:
amd64_microsoft-windows-smbserver-v2_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7600.16619_none_363141640ff053a7.manifest

My Win7 DVD has the following instead:
Code:
amd64_microsoft-windows-smbserver-v2_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7600.16385_none_35e18b16102cba6d.manifest

Of note: my manifests directory on my hard drive has three files:

Code:
amd64_microsoft-windows-smbserver-v2_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7600.16385_none_35e18b16102cba6d.manifest
amd64_microsoft-windows-smbserver-v2_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7600.16619_none_363141640ff053a7.manifest
amd64_microsoft-windows-smbserver-v2_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7600.20740_none_36916bd1292e6335.manifest

One (_363) is called out in the CheckSUR log. The other (_35e) is on my Win7 DVD. The third (_369) is in/on neither.

I am not familiar with how to get to the preinstallation environment. I tried shift + F10 when the windows 7 setup disk was booting at startup but could not get there.

Windows setup is winPE but you need to hit shift + f10 to get to the command prompt. Press it once you have a gui. Then from there you can do a chkdsk.
