Issue with Firefox

For some reason flash players do not show up and all I see is a black box and inside it says "Waiting for video". Maybe it isnt a flash issue and im missing some other plugin? What do I need to do to resolve thjis? When I access I.E. it had me install which I missed the name of but it worked fine in IE after I installed this plugin.
 
You're fast. It turns out I was missing the windows media player extension for firefox so now its working properly. Thanks a lot.
