We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.

Whenever I click on a Bing popup it moves me to a new page within the same tab and doesn't allow me to click the back button to return to [H].

This is not new as I've experienced the same issue with Google ads in previous times. The only difference is I'm unable to CTRL + Left Click to open the ad in a new window for viewing.

I would be greatly appreciative if someone would post the solution. :)

After further testing I've found that it isn't limited to [H] but all sites I've traveled to which use Bing ads. I must have something corrupted somewhere. I'll post a solution as soon as I figure out what it is.

Found the issue....Adobe Flashutil10d.exe is the culprit. Disable it and all works well.
