Issue with ATI's control panel permissions...

Every time I install the control panel with my drivers it says that I dont have permission to change my control panel settings and that I should contact my administrator. Well, I'm the administrator and my account has every possible right on this system.

Anyone have any clue what the problem is here?

Edit: never mind, I finally found the answer to the problem. If you go to the ati site adn search hard enough you'll find it.
