issue with 9800 Pro

in the past month or so usually when I alt-tab out of WoW I get this screen and in game texture corruption. Even when closing the game the corruption remains on the desktop. Is this an issue with my card or perhaps a problem with the drivers? (I've tried cat 5.1 - 5.3's same thing happens). Here's a few screens of what's going on:

If anyone could help me out on this one I would appreciate it, usually only a reboot will fix the problem, sometimes even that doesnt.

Looks like your fan might have stopped working. Probably not a driver issue. Every time I got those green squares it was a thermal issue. Try and check to see if the fan is spinning and see how well ventilated it is. Did this happen out of the blue or after a driver upgrade? If it looks like a HW problem check and see if you can still RMA it. If not then put $250 on a x800XL when you can find the deal.
