I currently run Windows 8 Pro w/ Asus Xonar DSX and the audio will stop working at times. Just out of the blue. I have an Astro MixAmp hooked into using the Optical Out and it does that windows "ding" when a device disconnects, which is the audio and mic losing connection.

Anyone know if this card is just crap and has this issue or are there drivers out there that are better or the drivers are just immature for Win 8?
