Issue getting older drivers off ATi website.

There seems to be some issue getting drivers off of ATi/AMD today.
I have a x1950gt going into a machine for a mate for his xmas present. However whenever I try and get the drivers for it (vista x64), the website just resets itself. Can only seem to get drivers for the HD series. One last thing I can not get to the support portion of the website either.

Anyone else having this issue?
