How hard would it be to make a VM that is on it’s own network but can share the internet connection to the building? For example if we wanted to grant someone access to a VM without allowing them in any way to see our network? Almost like a guest VM.
 
A friend recommended to me creating a virtual switch in ESXi and creating an new Virtual Interface for the pfSense VM and give it a new subnet and put a firewall on it.
 
Could try putting a Pro version of a Windows OS on there and using policy to add restrictions
