ISEARCH toolbar must die!!!

How do I get rid of this P.O.S. ISEARCH tool bar under my addresss field in iexplorer?

I would search for it, but search is gone?

Also, I keep getting script error pop-ups where I have to say yes or no. How can I stop this? I have been fooling around in internet options to no avail.
 
thanks, it is gone. What happened to the search feature on [H]ard?
