Is this Video Card good ??????

I wouldn't buy it.

It uses the RV280 core (4 pipeline), like the Radeon 9000 but with AGP8x support. The passive heatsink probably means that the core runs at 200MHz.

The 256MB is almost useless on a card like this because you're not going to be running 4x FSAA at 1600x1200x32 in games with massive textures on this class of card.

You're much better off with a 128MB Radeon 9100 (R200 core with 8 pipelines). It's much faster and is also cheaper when you include shipping. http://www.pricewatch.com/1/37/5030-1.htm Several of those are under $75 shipped.
