waterblock with universal hold-down clip
radiator (fins a little bent but otherwise good)
water tank
rio water pump
2 60mm sunon fans (super quiet)
3 long pieces of 3/8" high pressure yellow hose (what i used)
3/8" brass fittings on tank/pump, radiator, and block
(6) 3/8" hose clamps

45 bucks? found somebody selling it. sounds like an awesome deal...but would i get good temps? etc

Any details on the waterblock and radiator?

It would probably be a good cheap intro watercooling setup, if you want something just to have watercooling experience i'd say get it. Although depending on the type of waterblock and radiator you may be better off getting an SP 97 or something similar...

definitly a concern on what block and radiator it is

i also question not only the cooling of two 60mm fans, but the quietness.

Get some more details and we'll be able to help you out more, if it's anything decent $45 is a good price...
