1.8-2.3 overcocked amd 64 3000 running at 20C idel and 30 full load and case temp is usly always 40 some one told me that your processor should be 2 times as hott as your case is this true cuz if it is then im a exception i just updated my bios
 
Uh, it doesnt really matter, and with your CPU temps thats good, just make sure your getting good air circulation.

Do you have any fans on your case?
 
yeah i have uber cool side case fan 2 pci slot fans rear fan top fan zalaman 7000 something heatsink 2 psu fans harddrive cooling the reason my case is soo hott is cuz its nto a aircondishind room
 
oh and side window fan and the air motion comes in the frount bottom and leave out the top and rear

sure u cant rele seen e thing cuz of my lights and the whole in the top of my case i did myself there wasent 1 there when i got it but it helps alot
