I'm getting some incredulous benchmarks that I just wanted to see maybe why or is this even accurate...

This is the benchmark result for my SSD, a 160GB Intel X-25M Gen2.

... Operating at the expecting levels of about 100 MB/sec write and 250 MB/sec read.

I just got my 2TB storage device from NewEgg and plugged it all in, its a 2TB SAMSUNG EcoGreen F3. Now check out these results!

I ran this multiple times but reads of 3 GB/sec seem unreal and inaccurate - the device is connected to a SATA II port on my PX58D Premium mobo.

Whats the deal?
