I bought a corsair hx620w psu back in June of 09 and have been using it for a P5K-e wifi mobo and E4500 cpu. Recently made the jump to P8P67 Pro and i5 2500k cpu. Just trying to get clarification that this will actually be enough and work for the above parts. It was so long ago that newegg doesnt list the exact same one i have but looks about same just called HX Series CMPSU-620HX instead of HX620w when i bought it. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139002 Thanks

2500k's really aren't power hungry at all. Quite the opposite really. That's more than fine, assuming you don't have a crazy graphics card setup.

Right on thanks, i wasnt so much worried that it want enough power, but that it might be too old or not compatible with new boards and stuff. Gives me a little peace of mind now.

On that note then Antec Neo Eco 520W PSU should be compatible and able to handle my old p5k-e wifi with e4500 and radeon HD3800 card then right?

Awesome thanks alot everyone, im pretty good about doing my research but always nice to get little feedback from others incase im overlooking something

Right on, I love my corsair psu..Was my first and so far only modular power supply ive owned so far.

If it doesn't work, you'll know very quickly. :)
