decent flow rate and good pressure on it. wonder if its reliable or not and what noise is like....

There's nothing on teh linked site about pressure. Don't buy a pump that you can't find a PQ curve for.
 
If your looking for something in that same price range check out the MagII at DangerDen.com. It is only $40.00 and will work alot better than that ac pump your looking at...
